Taj mahal or Taj palaces is an archaeological site is one of the wonders of the world. Taj
mahal is in Agra city in India and in Uttar Pradesh state on the south bank of the Yamuna
river and oversees Agra castle.

Taj mahal is it symbol the famous from symbols of the love. and is it an ivory-white marble mausoleum. and It was commissioned by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan, in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal After her death It is noteworthy that the Muslim architect, Professor Mr. Ahmed Lahore, is the one who designed the building and took the design from (1632 – 1638). and Construction was completed in 1648 The building is characterized by the elegance and beauty of its decoration. It is the finest of the example of the beauty of Mughal architecture. Taj Mahal combines a combination of Islamic, Indian and Persian architecture, and it's one of the most beautiful structures in the world. and the flowers of designed from gemstones. Taj Mahal was built by 20,000 peoples and took 22 years to build.
In 1607, Shah Jahan met for the first time with his beloved and at that time he was not the emperor. He was only a young prince. he was name khoram prince.

On March 27, 1612, Shah Jahan married his beloved and gave her the name Mumtaz Mahal.After three year of emperor shah jahan era in 1631. Mumtaz mahal died in Berhampur giving birth to her fourteenth child. She had been accompanying her husband on a military campaign. After she became ill. Shah Jahan brought the remains of his wife and buried them temporarily on the land donated by Mr. Raja Jay Singh, near the Taj Mahal, which was built.Shah Jahan wanted to build a huge mausoleum to commemorate his wife as a rival to all those who came before him and being the first shrine dedicated to women.
The Taj Mahal is built in the huge Mughal Park, located on the right side of the Yamuna River. Initially, the building was designed as a giant building on the base of 624 feet as well as two buildings built of red sandstone (the mosque and the guest house). There is a Taj Mahal built in an octagonal structure built for the first time from the stone and then covered by white marble. Inside he mausoleum there is the tomb of Shah Jahan and his wife Mumtaz Mahal. These graves are in a room of the lower cemetery and visitors cannot reach them. The upper tomb contains a tomb decorated with perforated marble motifs with several holes that surround the tomb.

The Taj Mahal has become a wonderful place, with more than 2.5 million visitors annually. Tourists can visit during the day where the color of the marble changes depending on the timing.
